• Trading data: Portfolio symbols, strategy settings, transaction history
• Telegram: Telegram username or chat ID for trade alerts (if you opt in)
• Technical: IP address, browser type, access logs (for security and fraud prevention)

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

Collected information is used for: service delivery, automated trading execution, account management, customer support, security, and compliance with applicable laws. We process your data based on: (a) your consent; (b) performance of our contract with you; (c) our legitimate interests (e.g., security, fraud prevention); and (d) legal obligations where required.

4. Third-Party Services

We may transmit or share data with third parties necessary for service operation:

• Coinbase: API credentials and trading instructions are sent to Coinbase to execute trades. Coinbase's privacy policy applies to their handling of your data.
• Telegram: Trade alerts sent via Telegram if you opt in. Telegram's privacy policy applies.

Third-Party Liability: We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security failures, data breaches, or conduct of any third party. Any loss, disclosure, or misuse of your data by third parties is outside our control, and we assume no liability therefor.
